Update from Lauren

Lauren Stovall has been a member of Heartland Baptist Fellowship for several years, coming to know christ shortly after coming to HBF and then allowing God to work in her life through discipleship, youth ministry, Life Issues and ultimately as the Lord took her on a journey to another country to minister there with a team from the Life Issues Recovery ministry at the end of 2016. There God placed a burden on her heart to order her life in preparation to surrender to full time missionary work in that country.

Following the unfolding of God's plan for her life, she is currently there in on her second extended trip there having spent three months in 2017 and now soon to wrap up another six months serving the Lord by investing in the lives of youth teenage girls and other women sharing her love for Jesus and His love for them.

There can be no doubt that it has been at times hard for Lauren to be away from her family and friends but she is a wonderful example of the believer in that she has decided to walk with Jesus regardless of the circumstances and to obediently give her life so that others may know the saviour.

Please continue to pray for Lauren as she concludes her final month on the field.
