Dear co-labourers, can you believe that another year has come and gone, 2015 used to sound like something you would hear at the beginning of a sci-fi movie?! I know that some of you were not able to attend our annual meeting on 12-6-14, so I wanted you to see the attached agenda that I went over that day. I have amended a couple of things on it since then, and highlighted the main things that I want you to see / know about, so you don't have to read all of it. Please let me know if you have any questions about anything on it, a lot is happening and I'm trying to keep you updated, but please forgive me if I forget something:) Below are some December events that happened with Life Issues, and things you need to know, in no particular order:
1. Here is our new Life Issues mission statement, that you will undoubtedly see in some form or another here and there; it is derived from Jesus' mission statement in Luke 4:18 & Isaiah 61:1
- Helping and healing the poor and brokenhearted
- Delivering and liberating the captive and hurting
- Recovering those in darkness, by the Spirit of the Lord.
