Randy Foster

Randy and Julie came to Heartland in 2008 after serving on the mission field for several years in Zambia, Africa, directing the activities of NorthStar Bible Institute, working with national pastors to establish indigenous churches, and seeing the lives of many Zambians changed by God’s love and grace.

He has faithfully served as Associate Pastor and Missions Pastor for HBF. He also served as academic Dean of the Heartland Bible Institute and managed the church IT infrastructure. Together, he and his wife Julie led an Adult BIBLE Fellowship class called Real Life, where members are encouraged to daily examine their life and walk alongside the real life of our Lord and Saviour,  Jesus Christ.

Randy and Julie also led the bible assembly ministry called Word First Bible Publishing which assembles bibles to send freely around the world to missionaries who need Bibles in their minstry.

Randy and Julie have been married for over 43 years, have two grown married sons, and armfuls of grandchildren.
