Mitchell Newland

 Mitch and his wife Jody, Highschool sweethearts, were married in 2011. They have since been blessed with the stewardship of 3 beautiful boys.

Mitch was born again as a child, and upon returning from service as a United States Army Paratrooper in 2013, surrendered to the Discipleship process at HBF. They began establishment in the ministry through serving in the “Kingdom Kids” children’s ministry, where God continued to transform their hearts, and where Mitch came to realize the burden God had given him for the hearts of children. They have since been grown through the ranks, to a position of leadership over the children’s ministry, now known as “Kingdom Seekers”.

They have a burden and a zeal for children to know and receive the gospel of Jesus Christ, and for parents to understand the importance of their role as stewards of the hearts of their children.

One of his favorite passages of scripture, is… Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.  (14)  For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.”
