Lance Yoder

Lance grew up just outside Iowa City, Iowa. At age 15, Lance was saved during a chapel service at the Christian high school he attended. He married his wife, Chloe, in 1996, when they moved to the Kansas City area. Before joining HBF in 2010, they were members of Kansas City Baptist Temple (now Graceway). Lance currently leads the Porter ministry (which includes ushers, greeters and the Connections Center), as well as coordinating publishing of the monthly HBF email newsletter. While at Graceway, Lance and Chloe served in the children’s and youth sports ministries. He looks forward to serving the church body at HBF as a deacon.   Lance and Chloe have two children: Ellie, who is a student at the University of Central Missouri; and Benjamin, who is at Pleasant Hill High School. They live in Pleasant Hill.
