Real Christians Are Like Christ Part B

Join us as we continue our look at the second reality of HBF. Real, authentic Christians are found in real churches. One of the biggest reasons people struggle in relationships is because they have unmet expectations. Many people have their own idea of what a "Christian" is supposed to be like. Many churched and unchurched, lost and saved point to the church and wag a finger and scorn her and use her as their excuse for disobeying God. Their expectations are not met so they move on to an even more carnal and superficial existance. Fortunatley the scripture is very clear about what a real, authentic Christian is and who Jesus saved us to be! We don't have to live our lives in fear of subjective judgement or exterior standards that add or take away from what the scripture teaches about our identity. This second reality gives us the clear teaching of what a real, authentic Christ Follower is emulating and accomplishing so our identity is secure in Christ and our love for God, one an other and the gospel is authentic and powerful.
