Robert “Robby” Lukenbill of Harrisonville, Missouri, son of Michael and Kimberly Lukenbill, was born on February 7, 2006, in Kansas City, Missouri. He departed this life on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at the age of 18 years, 8 months, and 16 days, while at his grandfather’s house.

Robert graduated from high school in 2023. He was known for his adventurous spirit and restlessness, always making new plans for adventures with those he loved. He consistently found new ways to tinker with vehicles – and put them to the test. He dearly enjoyed his work as a dog groomer at Prairie Tails Spa in Harrisonville, Missouri. Tireless and dedicated, Robert was never one to stop if there was work to be done, and he was no stranger to hard work, or the people of Harrisonville; the love in his heart shone brightly for everyone he met.

Robert was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty.

He is survived by his parents, Michael and Kimberly; chosen parents, Kendra and Jessica; his brothers, Dakota and Christopher, and chosen brother, Kayden; his sister, Tanisha, her husband, Josh, and son, Liam; and chosen sisters, Elizabeth, Isabella, and Calliope. He is also survived by his grandparents, Buck Grable of Creighton, Missouri, Fred and Shirly Rehkow of Nevada, Missouri, and Frank and Sue Lukenbill of Columbia, Missouri; as well as countless other beloved family members and friends.

Memorial services will be held Saturday November 9, 2024 at Heartland Baptist Fellowship in Harrisonville, Missouri. Visitation from 1:00PM to 2:00PM, the Celebration of Life service will be at 2:00PM. Heartland Baptist Fellowship is located at 21203 E 283rd Street in Harrisonville, Missouri.
