At Heartland Baptist Fellowship, we are committed to providing our members with every opportunity to find their place in service to God. We encourage every believer to take a look at their daily walk with the Lord and see how they can give back to our Lord as he has so graciously given to us. Romans chapter 12 says "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." and Colossians 3:23 "And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;" As a church family we also know that every believer is needed for a healthy church. Just like our human body needs every part to be working, the church needs every person to be working as well. This is clearly seen in I Corinthians 12 verses 25 and 26: " That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it." It is our desire that every member seek to serve in one of the many ministry opportunities we have available. whether childrens ministry, outreach, adult, sports, or service. there is a place for everyone.
